Great location for those who enjoy being awakened by construction noise at 7 am and appreciate the view of a building site. The hotel offers a wide range of facilities, such as a fax machine and photocopier, because who doesn't love to do office work on vacation?

The noise and construction site view were definitely the highlights of my stay.

The hotel had a beautiful and unobstructed mountain view from our room, which was a major highlight for us. The breakfast spread was good with plenty of options to choose from. the staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and accommodating, making our stay a pleasant experience.

Despite paying extra for a deluxe room, it turned out to be smaller than the regular room. The noise level in the hotel was also a major issue, with sounds echoing throughout the building, especially in the central atrium.

the beds were comfy and the bathrooms were spacious with plenty of hot water. the breakfast buffet offered a variety of delicious Asian dishes. the location was convenient, close to the city center and Cat Cat Village, but also down a steep hill making for a peaceful escape from the bustle. the staff were accommodating and helpful, as evidenced by their thoughtful service of bringing tea for New Year's Eve.

There were some minor areas of improvement needed. the water pressure in the hotel was occasionally low.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The room was spacious and the beds were incredibly comfortable, with clean bedsheets and towels. The view from the window was absolutely breathtaking. The staff at this place were extremely welcoming and polite, and they always went above and beyond to help us with anything we needed. They even spoke good English! The breakfast buffet was delicious, offering both Vietnamese and Western food. We also loved the convenient location, with a shortcut leading to the center right from the backdoor of the hotel. we had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

We loved our comfortable suite with its spacious living area and cozy bed. We enjoyed the three balconies which would have provided a great view of the mountains on a clear day. The huge bathroom with a jacuzzi tub and constant hot water was amazing after long days of exploration. The breakfast buffet had a mix of options and the freshly prepared pho soup and eggs were great. The staff were polite, helped us book a trip, and were readily available to assist.

Met very friendly workers who were helpful, on top of things! Loved the comfy beds and spacious bathroom. Celebrated New Year with them in the dark lobby, where a sleepy guy joined in with cups of tea! So considerate for a Western New Year!

Breakfast nightmare! Options limited due to large group, and manager rudely waved us away.

The vibrant atmosphere and local stalls selling delicious street food made it a great experience for our whole family. The kids couldn't resist trying out the traditional Vietnamese snacks, while my wife and I enjoyed taking in the lively surroundings. Silver Waterfall was another highlight, with its breathtaking views and refreshing cascade. It was the perfect spot for a family hike and a picnic amidst nature's beauty.

My children wanted more kid-friendly activities at the hotel.

Had a great weekend away with friends. the rooms were very clean and the beds were comfortable. the breakfast had a great variety of options and the staff were friendly and accommodating. We also enjoyed the stunning mountain views from our rooms and the convenience of being walking distance from local attractions and restaurants.
